Volunteers​

TERRIFIC, Inc. is always looking for volunteers to support us in one of our 13 different dining sites. We often take seniors on local field trips, host dance class and other virtual and in-person events. Volunteers will have the opportunity to learn more about the senior community and can earn school volunteer credits if needed.

RSSA Manager of Community Dining Site Manager (TBH-100% FTE)

 (TBH-100% FTE) The three Wards 1, 2 and 4 that are served, are comprised of numerous public housing facilities. The RSSA Manager of Community Dining Site Managers is responsible for thorough, systematic, effective/efficient management of Community Meals Programs/Services, and compliance with all DACL regulations and standards regarding reporting, documentation, senior-participation in meals and activities and health promotions and external events; ensures consistent, timely accurate reports and data collection that reflect compliance with all DACL reporting requirements and CSTARS documentation; ensures timely appropriate response and documentation of untoward incidents, misconduct, crises, participant concerns and issues.

RSSA Community Dining Site Managers (PT 100%)

Responsible for 21-hours weekly management of safe, pleasant and inspiring Community Dining Sites (Socialization HUBs) in Wards 1, 2, and 4 of the RSSA.  Encourages and welcomes seniors’ participation in receiving nutritious meals and active participation in Socialization HUB’s diverse programs and activities; maintains required certifications in food handling, First Aide/CPR; demonstrates positive, pleasant customer service in hosting and actively engaging seniors in quality enriching activities daily; ensures safe, clean inviting environment and consistently follows scheduled activities that comply with Hubs, Participant Transportation Activities and Community Dining requirements and goals; promotes, monitors and implements Socialization HUB goals, objectives and milestones as directed and required.  Maintains accurate, timely records, reports and CSTARS documentation that comply with DACL requirements

Data Collection/Input Staff

The Data Entry Specialists coordinate, organize, enter and manage timely, accurate, complete, well organized daily and monthly data collection and input through the CSTARS.
